Professor Joseph Chan (HKU) was invited to speak at the San Francisco “Blockchain Connect” conference. At a panel with institutional investors, Professor Chan emphasised the importance of regulation to safeguard investor’s interest and how the regulation can be the catalyst for a mass adoption of the blockchain technology.
